Pork belly confit; candied onions; juice; tomato, onion and radish salad; tortillas.
1. Boil water on a stock pot and submerge the pork belly in its bag to warm it up, for about 12 minutes.
2. Open the bag and assemble pork belly on a plate, pour the juice on top and decorate with the salad.
3. Serve with warm tortillas.
