Catch of the day fish; tempura; coleslaw salad; cilantro; lemon; blue corn tortilla.
1. Heat 500ml of vegetable oil on a stock pot. Coat the fish with the seasoned tempura flour and fry. Set aside on a plate with paper towels.
2. Warm up the tortillas.
3. Assemble the taco and decorate with the coleslaw and cilantro.
4. Serve with lemon wedges.
