Snapper Baked in Ciabatta Bread


Snapper ciabatta; sauce vierge; lemon.

 

1. Preheat the oven to 250°C.

2. Bake the ciabatta in a tray for 14 minutes.

3. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

4. Squeeze the lemon in the sauce vierge and mix. Serve on the side.
