Roasted chicken; chicken juice; black recado salsa; fresh herbs.
1. Remove the chicken from its bag and bake for 10 minutes in a 180°C oven.
2. Submerge the juice bag in boiling water to warm it up.
3. Serve the chicken with both salsas and decorate with fresh herbs.
